"OVERALL I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I had my concerns with this crew to start with. I was worried about the car park as it is very tight, and i was told I would need to leave my car for some time. Communications, at the start, were not great and i was getting impatient. HOWEVER, i later discovered the team were taking their time to properly assess my cars issues. They could have easily upsold to me, and they instead fixed the issue at a cost that was lower than originally expected. I found out when i picked up the car that they had actually kept it in a more secure carpark. The service, for me, was not quick. You need to be patient with these lads. But they are professionals (in my experience). Thank you 7th G."
